Matthew Collar is the Owner and Principal of Collar Design. As a California native, Matthew's designs evoke the California lifestyle. His commitment to progressive, functional design is informed by his degree in Landscape Architecture from UC Berkeley. He is also a licensed General Contractor CA#B943872.
